Your organization needs to meet some of these criteria:

You have an existing community and expect to mobilize at least 50 members.

You have a specific hackathon topic of interest to startups or students.

You have a team to support your hackathon (jury, mentors, communication team, project manager).

You have a sufficient presence on social networks to relay the operation.

You have precise and sufficient rewards for the winners of your hackathon.

You are accompanied by an innovation consultant or you have the skills in-house.
